I am offering therapy sessions both in-person at Juniper Psychological Services in Midtown Atlanta and/or via a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform. My practice is currently Monday-Thursday, and I am able to accommodate afternoon and evening appointments. You may choose the format that fits your needs and preferences. 

I offer individual therapy and couples/relationship therapy. 

• For individual therapy, my fee is $200 for the initial consultation appointment and $180 for subsequent therapy appointments. 

• For couples therapy, my fee is $230 for the initial consultation appointment and $210 for subsequent therapy appointments.

During the initial appointment, we will explore presenting concerns, background, and goals for therapy. Subsequent therapy sessions typically occur on a weekly or biweekly basis; however, the frequency of sessions can be adjusted based on your needs and availability.

I am an out-of-network provider, and should you wish to use your out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You will be responsible for the fee at the time of our appointment and you may be reimbursed by your insurance company. 

I encourage you to call your insurance company to obtain accurate information about your out-of-network benefits. Be sure to ask them the following questions to clarify your benefits: What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health? How much of my deductible has been met this year? What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health? Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network? How and where do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?
